  • When Should I book my trial run?
    You should book your trail run right after you select your wedding date. To guarantee your makeup team for the day of your wedding, you need to place a deposit of 50%. We recommend coming a few times throughout the year for a makeup application so you can get an idea of how long it lasts and feels.   • What other dates should I book makeup for?
    You should also consider booking makeup applications for the Save the Date, Engagement Photos, Bridal Showers & Rehearsal Dinners too!
  • I already booked hair for my wedding- can you still do my makeup?
    We play nice with others! ...We are happy to help you coordinate a schedule with the hair team from another salon so you day will go as smoothly as possible.
  • What products are in your makeup kit?
    We use a combination of Lucky Cat Beauty Cosmetics, Tom Ford, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Gucci, Drunk Elephant, Viseart, Kett Cosmetics, Makeup Forever & PRO makeup palettes.
  • Do you test on animals?
    No, our products are only tested on humans. We work with the finest luxury labs all over the world and the raw ingredients are also not tested on animals. Our lashes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our cosmetics ingredients are listed under each product. For more details on any specific product we will happily share with you the comlete ingredient list per your request.
  • I cant find my product I want to order on your website!

  • Where are your products made?
    We source the highest quality ingredients from all over USA & ASIA. Some packaging may look similar to other brands but our formulas and products are exclusive. We offer other indie brands that are exclusive to our zipcode.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Most of the time. THE BEST customer service is very important to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please contact us so we may replace your product or arrange a store credit. For Balmain Hair Couture Hair Exrensions, all sales are final.
